Applicable additional fees: Minimum 12% fee plus the percentage difference with our group rates practiced by our establishment. If your booking does not include breakfast, you will be charged for its cost.

Special conditions:

The payment for the reservation must be made within the following deadlines:
For any booking made more than 40 days before the start date of the stay, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the services will be required within 15 days following the date of the booking. Then, the balance of 70% of the total amount of the services will be due and required 40 days before the start of the stay.
For any booking made less than 40 days before the stay date, 100% of the total amount of the services will be due and required.
In the absence of payment within the allotted time, the booking will be canceled by Booking.
In case of stay cancellation by the member, and unless the latter has taken out stay cancellation insurance, the following charges will apply:

90 days or more before the date of the services: 10% of the reserved services will be charged;
89 to 31 days before the date of the services: 30% of the reserved services will be charged;
30 to 21 days before the date of the services: 60% of the reserved services will be charged;
Less than 21 days before the date of the services: 100% of the reserved services will be charged.
In specific cases where the FUAJ is led to commit non-recoverable expenses to its service providers, the amount of these fees will be billed to the member.
